Appetisers

A selection of tortilla chips and dips , marinated olives & nachos platters with guacamole and sour cream.

Main Course - Fajitas or Gumbo..

Fajitas , roast peppers, onions and the filling of your choice from below served with flour tortillas, cheese and Guacamole

Fillings;
Chicken , marinated in coriander ,cumin ,chilli and garlic.
Beef , sirloin strips marinated in paprika and garlic.
Chilli beans and potatoes

OR

Gumbo; a Cajun dish of peppers & Chorizo sausage served with rice, salad and tortillas, made with either;

Chicken
Seafood (calamari , prawns & mussels)
Sweet potato & butternut squash

Dessert

Kahlua hot chocolate fondue with cinnamon churros. Churros are a traditional Mexican fried cake/pastry similar to donuts..
AND
Fiesta pears , spiced pears with ice cream honey & cinnamon in tortilla cup.
